T%ook my first ride of 2014 today after hand surgery, felt good

Well I have been off the bike all winter and my carpal tunnel issues got worse over the winter, I mean I couldn't ride a mile and the pain would shoot up my right arm... Come to find out I had severe nerve blockage in both my hands... Had the right hand done June 5th and took my first 9 mile ride before work this morning... Man , it felt great.. Even after being off the bike since last fall it was easy to start back... Wow what a difference this surgery made... I also realized how much I messed my CAAD8 just sitting there in the garage...No more dust on it for a while,,,

Grats on your recovery. I need to ride to keep my depression in check and the thought of
having to take time off to heal is scary.

Did another 9 miles this morning with a good head wind coming back...good workout ...I really missed riding but I can't wait to have my left hand fixed also....I had to quit because it was so bad I had to stop and get my hands off the bars every 1 miles...
it does make me feel physically and mentally better to get out there...
