No kidding! That is a huge reduction is weight. You gotta be feeling so much stronger and mobile. Now to hold it as you said, or maybe inch it down to 299. You reached a goal, a significant milestone, and have to "pace" yourself for a while. Keep at it and congratulations!

Feels good doesn't it. Congrats on your weight loss. I have lost 113lbs. and went from 335 to 222 as of this morning. Keep it up. Keep your focus, keep riding, and hang in there. It's a wild journey that sucks at times but worth it in the end.

Congratulations! You have completed the hardest part, getting started and staying with the plan for a long enough time to lose 100 pounds. You can keep up the good fight, you are worth it. My brother had bariatric surgery and lost 130 pounds 3 years ago. He still journals his daily food.

Congrats you should be very proud. Treat yourself to a ride to celebrate! If you have not already set another goal and keep charging forward.

Lifestyle (eating habits) change! 30-35 Carbs per meal. A LOT OF CHICKEN, TURKEY, FISH AND VEGGIES! Switched from regular milk to unsweetened Almond Milk. Biking and weightlifting 4 to 6 days a week. I still eat ice cream, cookies and chips but as rewards minimally though!

It's great to be part of a forum where other people know the struggles of weight loss but get to share huge successes like your 100 pounds. In no time you will be under 300 and not looking back.
congrats again and thanks for the helpful inspiration.
