Yo all!

Hello everyone. Some of you who've been around for a while may still remember me. Just wanted to check in.

Down a total of 142.8 pounds.

Started at 380 and now 237.2

Tracking food, watching what I eat, and exercising and weight training key.

Started in a 6xl shirt and now down to a 2xl. Started with a 64 size pants and down to a 42.

(I have a lot of lightly worn clothes that are pretty much brand new..... Anyone want to buy them cheap??)

thanks. I've missed this place. The riding bug didn't really bite me this year. I wish I did because I miss it and miss this forum actually. But I've been hiking, walking, kettlebell training, lifting, personal training, and gym work. It's been working out well.

Hey! Thanks for stopping by and letting us know that you're doing well. Keep up the good work. I've made a point of always keeping at least one bike handy and ready to go for a ride. There have been entire years where I probably haven't gone for more rides than i could count on my fingers. But, the bikes have always been there and they always seem happy for my return to them.

Way to go!

Great job!

I've lost about the same amount of weight this year (from 407 to 265) and it makes riding a bike so much more fun.

Way to go chefisaac! I know my motivation to ride hasn't been all that great this year, which is a shame considering the abnormal cooler temperatures we've had this summer.

Congrats! I'm sort of similar. 405 to 257 lbs, 148lbs so far. 5xl to XL shirts. 54 to 38 inch waist.

It's been a great journey thus far.
