100 Burpees a day

Nothing but a walk in the park. Here are 2 different youtube vids. The first one I would do the last type as a warm up and cool down so that would put it at 110 burpees

100 Burpees Workout Challenge - Fitness Blender's Burpee Madness 2 - YouTube

The second one is from Bodyrock and this Russian girl is really in shape.

I just got done with my first attempt. I managed 5 of each type with 10 of the last type as a warm up. I didn't have enough room in the living room to do the side to side ones so I just pretended to ski without the burpee. Found new sore spots.

haven't seen these since high school.... I think they used to be called up downs where you don't shuffle or take a step forward then back. I used to be able to do a hundred, but I doubt I could do 20 now and days..

The second day motivation was way low. I did 3 to 4 of each. I think I should only be doing 3 of each for the first week or so, until I get used to the exercises and get my form in to shape also.

Poor sleep last night. Kept waking up due to sore lats and thighs. I think I will 2 days of burpees and 1 day rest then repeat.

Is anyone else going to join me in the house of pain?

I feel like this is a frickin' chain letter and now I need to do it.....I secretly hate you right now @Solare !

I have thought about adding these into my HIIT stuff I try to do 2-3x a week and just might. This would put me at about 30 minutes of working out so it will close the gap I have had and wanted to fill.

I could do one burpee, followed by a trip to the emergency room.

I actually started reading this thread because I thought it said "slurpees".
