I lost a friend about a year and a half ago. He weighed over 400 lbs. Kind of wish he'd done something about the weight. He wasn't as tall as you though only about 6'2". Good luck with your goals. Nice blog too.

Thanks. I'm still in recovery, so I can't work out very hard yet. Can't swim, bicycle, lift weights or even jog. Just walking. I plan on updating at least once a week.
