So really could have used a REST day today after solid 5 days straight of workouts... but since today is really the last chance to get an OUTDOOR ride in for 2014, i decide to head outside and RIDE! I ended up knocking out my longest ride of the year! 30.5 miles!

So my MTD is 191 miles! Hmmm... maybe i'll have to sneak a couple short rides in to hit 200!
