November 100+ mile club
I'm shooting for 400 miles this month. What are your goals before winter really takes hold?
11-1 18 miles

Its starting to get cold here in the northeast, but I'm shooting for 100 miles this month. I only managed 15 last November so it should be interesting to see how I do this year. It's just a minimum of 25 miles every week, how hard can it be?

Only been back in the saddle for 2 months after long absence... My rides have all be on my MTB or my fat bike, so they've been relatively short... between 5 and 10 miles. I did get my road bike out yesterday for the first time in 4 years and got a 19.5 mile ride in for November 1st! I'm guessing i will only get to ride outside on weekends now that daylight savings has ended... Think i will be happy to get 100 miles in November!

If I can average an hour a day between the bike and the trainer I will be really happy. Yesterday I started the month with 28.29 miles and almost 2 hours toward that goal.

I'm in for 500 miles this month. Also have four CX races on the calendar. Most of that mileage will be commuting, with some CX skills and conditioning thrown in on non-commute days.
Not much need to pull the trainer in No. CA. It only comes out for a brief time in years when we get a really wet series of storms in December/January.

Do miles on the trainer count. Not sure if the weather will warm up enough for me to go outside.
Plan for 300 miles on the trainer for the month.
next year I may look at getting thermal pants, gloves and boot covers.

I am hoping to get 20 miles in today and hopefully 20 on tuesday, howerver we are travelling to Spokane on Thursday so that will disrupt us. I plan on spending some time on my parerents stationary bike, but we will see. I hope to hit 100, but it is getting cold here. December will usher in my increased training regimine, need to drop 40lbs.

I hope for 300, which is probably a stretch given I am out of town from tomorrow until the 12th and again for Thanksgiving. Turkey day trip is to Tulsa and I can take the bike there and it is generally warmer than STL.
I got 17 in yesterday and 35 today. The 35 today was an absolute killer with cold and an approximately 500mph headwind.

Well I hope for 100 miles in November as I got 52 miles for September, and 81 miles for October all riding outside. The 100 miles may have to have some miles on the trainer as it might be dark when I get home from work, but I did buy a head and tail light so I can ride in the dark.

I haven't thrown my hat in the ring for a while... Hows about we shoot for 150 between road and trainer.
11/2: 8.2mi(t) - cut short since I had to get to work.

Switching it up for November. Rode almost 1k miles between sep and oct, but having some handlebar palsy issues, and lost the light for weekday rides. So, I'm going to shoot for 240 miles on the bike, mostly on weekend rides. I am also going to do 8 30-40 minute core workouts and 8 30-40 minute trainer rides.
So far:
11/1 - 39 miles

11-2 12.2 miles. Raced CX, crashed, damaged bike but it is still ridable. Only a few small patches of road rash, more like scrapes. Worst, most expensive part is helmet impacted the ground hard so that is going to cost me bunches. Oh well it did its job. Got up and finished race.

I debated if I should start my taper today for Saturdays' event (if I don't chicken out), figured I'd play it by ear and try to take it easier than normal and not put in any real efforts for the lunch ride, but not slow enough to smell the flowers either; 20mi/1070ft/1h7m
