Wrong; we just don't do it fast

See, take a bat to a bat fight and it's all good (the boards don't care for the use of g*n, pis*ol, or rif*e)

I wish SRAM made their new fangled rings in a mid-compact - they shift way better than the old style rings. But since I'm a sissy pants, I'll stick with compacts.

Getcha some standard rings. You could move to the flat lands and do bridge/overpass repeats
Those 39T little rings suck when the grade > 12%

12% sucks period. That's why I broke down last winter and got myself a wifli RD. I have an 11-32 sitting on the shelf for those special occasions too!

You, sir, have never seen my desert plate. Some would call it platter. I've seen folks put turkeys on them for Thanksgiving. Yep, give me that big ol salad spoon for this Mint Chocolate Chip box of ice cream thank you very much.

Yes, I am going to ride. I am only doing 3 workouts a week. I have 2 completed before you did the team. you should see one from me either today or tomorrow. And then should see at least 3 a week going forward.

My concern is the next one assigned to me is 90 min and I am not sure my sit bone can support that long considering I have only been back to riding about a week now. thinking I can either do the 90 min as long as I can and stop. or just skip and try another 60 min. Or, I guess I could do the 90 min and take a break in the middle. But I'll log within the next 24 hrs.

Yeah, I must admit I've been not following the Training plans because of the requirement to do a 90 minute ride on the weekends. I could probably do it, but I just don't really want to spend that much time spinning in my basement. It's probably a mental thing, I should try one this weekend. Forecast -20F windchills means I'm not going to be outside much!

I use trainer road, zwift, and I ride outside, so depending on what my workout is, decides which software I use.

I couldn't get Zwift to see my HR or power meter last night. Will try again tonight as it's not a Trainer Road night. My one night a week off.

I had major issues with this UNTIL I bought a USB extension cable and put my ant+ dongle on the floor under my crank. As soon as I did that, no more problems. Before that I was dropped or stopped 20 times a session.

Question about Zwift. Does it really only work with ANT+ devices, or do they support Bluetooth as well?

both as long as your computer supports the connection. Also be aware all blue tooth is not the same as in older macs even with blue tooth will not work with the kickr (as an example)

Ok. I got my ride in. I had to get off the bike a few times. Not because I was tired. But just not ready for 90 min on the seat. I seem to hit the targets but it felt so easy to me and I never felt challenged... well other than being challenged to stay seated a bit longer.

Nice work. OK, you've inspired me to try a 90 minute ride this weekend!

I might pick up a 30 min ride today. I want to hook up my speed/cadence sensor to my bike also since TR won't upload the speed data from inRide.

I just tried out the new TR IOS software. I like the new layout. Uses more screen and you can now use it in landscape mode... However the cadence reporting is now completely inaccurate and doesn't seem to adjust once it stabilizes. Getting it to cadence to change takes a big power swing or a long time.
