Man I don't know how you guys ride those trainers that much... Do you watch movies, TV, or just do trainer road or something like that?

It's usually a movin picture or a video along with Trainer Road. If I weren't doing a structured workout I'd never get on the trainer. I won't match last months total time on the trainer this month.... only because there are fewer days.

well with today's ride I did hit 64.2 miles total for the month... life has been a tad hectic at our house this month so I missed four nights where I normally would have ridden.

So it goes.... I look forward to hitting over 100 miles in March.

It was a great month for me.My previous high month for miles was 408 miles.I have been fortunate enough to find a riding group called the Diamond Valley Vello in Hemet California.I’m a better, stronger rider because of them.
I finished this month with a riding time of 40:16 and 502.67 miles.I also climbed 14,703 feet.March will be better.

Last ride for the month. Squeezed in a 5 mile ride along my favorite ditch. Since it's relatively flat and has a nice wide path alongside it's a favorite with walkers and bikers.

Put a sweet pair of Answer ProTaper Carbon riser bars on my mountain bike this week. Paired the bars up with Ergo grips and a shorter stem. Loving the way the bike handles. Much more responsive. Added bonus is no more numb hands and easier on my tender shoulder (still a little sore from hitting the ground at CX race in December).

Total for the month of February 560 miles, 43 hours. and climbing of 18k feet.

Wahoo! Hit my goal! 200.0 miles on the DOT as of February 28th!

(Those are mostly trainer miles, so pretty synthetic. Can't wait for weather to warm up. But that was my goal with trainer-miles assumed. And I set the resistance on the trainer to max to minimize the 'mileage' racked up.)

2-28 32.6 miles outside in beautiful weather.

425 miles total for month with 7 total rest days.

March should be great outdoor riding in the beautiful north west since we had a super mild winter.

According to my odometer and if you include 'trainer miles' I have reached 123 miles. Of course that was only started on Feb 13th since I had not had a bike computer before then.
