UPDATE:
So I talked to security at my work who reviewed footage of the last few days. They told me that they didn't see ANYBODY touch or mess with my bike. I thought this to be strange as two days in a row, I had a flat tire on two different bikes, both on the rear... I guess I can't dispute video evidence.

I was on a group ride on Saturday from Pizza Port San Clemente to Pizza Port Ocean beach (stopping at Pizza Ports Carlsbad and Solana Beach on the way...). After I got out of Solana Beach, my front tire was flat (Marathon Supreme). Did a quick visual check for sharps, didn't see anything. Went to pump it up, saw the valve was open, so I think somebody let my air out. However, I had been noticing that my front tire was beginning to feel a little soft. If I left the valve open, is it possible for road vibration bounce the valve to burp a little?
In any case, I pumped it up, and it held for the remaining 20+ miles. (However, I did pick up a nasty staple that took the rear down...)

This - it was my first thought, but I didn't want to suggest he didn't know how to check out a flat. It sounds to me like you have a slow leak. Check the tube in a bucket of water.

I don't know, I was not there to see what you saw or hear what they told you but I personally don't think I would not be satisfied with it. I do hope you are right. Maybe it is a serial flat with an explanation.

Putting a sign on the bike noting that it is under video surveillance couldn't hurt. I hope that the security people find out who is doing it.
As others have suggested, it may be a coworker. The outside world would as soon steal the whole bike as gently deflate the tires.

actually, you can buy repellant that stinks like skunk only worse. Its made for repelling sexual assaults. I would imagine that would be the easiest thing to get into the tires but sweet moses, what if you spilled.
