Summary:
Suspect is described as a tan white male or possibly a hispanic male in his 20s. Vehicle is a white/cream Ford bronco or pickup with/topper. Window in rear is covered with cardboard or plywood.
Was throwing chunks of concrete out of his vehicle at cyclists and one motorist. Drove erratically. 5 different victims, - a couple of whom were hurt pretty bad. Happened on a few different days in different parts of the city.
