I hope your not using them as bike lights. You will not be able to see the road well, and you will not be as visible as you would be with a good bike tailight. They are all weak for bike lights.

Supplemental.

The headlight would be rather more useful than I think you think...

It depends on what you want to do with it. It is not totally useless. But if you want to see the glass on the ground and go around it, or to fast down a hill, or to go off road it will not do any of those things. In the total darkness you can see a dog or maybe a bottle if you go slowly. But if you have cars coming at you on the road with headlights on and there is a hard to see pothole, you won't be able to see it. If you have a bike with high performance tires you will not be able to go around the small things even in the best of conditions. Like broken bottles, it will be too late. If you have huge tires and there is not much on the ground you may be Ok for a while. Go to a store and ask to take it in a dark room or outside at night. And then try a 15 watt halogen bike light. You will probably laugh. Search the forums for a post by slvoid about headlight comparisons, there are good night photos. I think the thread was something like "LED lights good enough?" My suggestioin is not to buy one until you have seen one. I have.

slvoid are you out there?

Agreed, I've got an older Petzl (4-led Tikka?) headlight. It's a be-seen-light at best. It IS great when camping, and in dark roadside repairs it beats any 15w halogen / HID / whatever hands down. The Myo has a couple of improvements over the Tikka (better optics, adjustable lamp head angle, more light with the 5-LED models) but I still would not count on it as a primary source of light when biking.

Aye, don't get me wrong, I've been commuting by bike for some years now.. so know about good lighting... but most of my commuting is in urban centers... not complete darkness - I've usually gotten around with just a tiny 3 LED flasher in front. (Back in Boston that is... in LA I don't commute by bike... distance is terrible -- 35 miles one way through two valleys... but when I get out of here in a month...)
