I guess this could have been a reply to the original thread, but I was afraid it would get lost. First, thanks, Mike, for the support and valuable info you provide on this and other threads.

Now to the subject. In reseaching generator units, I came across sites for Dynosys LightSpin which is supposedly a very efficient dynamo with integral NiMH battery to keep the light on even when stopped at lights, etc. Sounds interesting, but even after several search sessions I could never find an actual retail source, only the mfr site and some references in discussion groups. Anyone know of a source?
