HHCMF Slogan Poll! The REAL Poll!
Yes Happy, Healthy, Commuting Males & Females (that's the sanitized version of our name, we all know what it really means), it's time to pick a slogan. The winning slogan/motto will indicate our happy go lucky mindset that causes us to get on a mechanical contraption on a daily basis and challenge multi-ton vehicles for street supremacy! Pick wisely grasshoppers.
Many thanks to our HHCMF members for their suggestions. Unfortunately, we could not post all suggested mottos, but I'm sure you'll get over it if you don't see your motto/slogan listed. And if not, please seek counseling about your rejection issues.
Let the voting begin!

How about we re-arange the order to make them all one big slogan?
Then, extra points to those who can say it all in one breath at 20mph!

There's a tie at first place as I write this (6 all). But it's still early in the polling so it's any motto's race! I should lay odds on slogans...

I voted for the gas prices one, because i thought it was most attention getting. On further thought however i feel it gives too much weight to cagers.
but it's still my fav of the choices.

If we have the "gas prices" shirt, what happens when gas goes back down to $1?

Yeah I agree, the gas-prices one is too time-sensitive. Gas prices around here are already back to the low $2's, low enough that no one complains any more.

Sorry, these all look pretty lame to me. Perhaps rewording:
"Ride to work, work to live, live to ride."
to:
"Live to Ride - Work to Live - Ride to Work!" ?
"Ride to work, work to live, live to ride."
to:
"Live to Ride - Work to Live - Ride to Work!" ?

Think of it as an election where you have to pick the lesser of 10 evils.

I came up with the gas price one but I voted for the parking space entry. Gas prices are going down and, around here anyway, it's the price of parking that's the huge ripoff.
I really like the Tom Simpson quote but it's a little too much of an inside joke, don't you think?

Nice car or nice a$$ is doing good.
I already have a nice a$$ but I don't really want to rub it in everyone's face I forgot which one I voted for. Whatever it is, I hope it wins!

I picked "Ride to work, slack at work, ride home ", because that is what I do. I didn't pick "Nice car or Nice a$$. Pick one. ", because my ass is great with or without the 100 miles a week commuting. I think asses are largely genetic. Now my gut might suffer if I layed off of the bike. "Feel my thigh! ", Once got me slapped.
