I wouldn't put it on my car's bumber.

I don't know if they make them in actual bumber sticker size. I bought a used bike that had this sticker on it though. It was about 1 1/2 inches wide and wrapped half way around my seat tube.

Some find my Blow up your car t shirt offensive.. I like the bumper sticker. So many area motorists deserve to see it. Just do not like its' morbid aspects. I might..I made their site a favorite,while I decide..

hard to figure all the anti-car crap. personally i ride/drive bikes, motorcycles, and cars, and have found idiots and good folks (in roughly equal proportions) in all camps. but maybe my experience is unique ....

All this anti car crap.. Many are proud to be anti-car. I personally am finding the smell of cars, the obnoxious behavior of the motorists, the hassles of traffic patterns that don't get you to where you need to be when you need to be there, the pile ups, the deaths auto's cause, the drain on the planets resources, and on and on -to be my cause of dislike for automobiles..
That does not mean that I think I have the right to force someone out of their car. I just dislike what the car culture is doing to our health, economy, mental well being,environment.
I have every right to dislike/even beginning to hate the car culture; but again those of us who feel that way will not forceable drag someone out of their car and beat the crap out of them for their behavior- even though some times it is appealing..
Maybe many of us get a bit angrier than we shoud when some insane motorists swoops into our rightful bike lane and intentionally tries to kill us..OK? That has made me more militant than I used to be.. The car culture has ruined the ever proliferating asphalting of the world, the suburbs reaching out for Kansas, and turned everyone into jerks..That irrational competition for a couple square yards of pavement ahead can cause our own deaths, as shown by our suicidal behavior..
Besides, I think it is ironic, as much as I dislike the 'car culture, does not even mean I will sell my car so as to not have a place to put a bumper sticker, similiar to "Cars are Coffins."
No I have not even the inclination to set my own car on fire, I fact on a personal basis, I like it...It is snazzy looking, bright shinny red with bike decals all over it..
What in America, 60,000 deaths a year- hope you never realize that the 'Car R Coffins' bumper sticker has some validity.. In fact,don't I recall someone in Indiana was actually burried in their Jaguar.. ? See I am right..!
ps- and they say you can't take it with you. this guy went on a long, long ride with his Jag...

i see your point. i hate inconsiderate motorists. remember: i'm a bicyclist too.

but i also greatly dislike self righteous eco-nazis who ride way out in the street, blocking long lines of traffic because they insist on taking the majority of the lane.

oh, and there are the banzai mountain bikers who hurtle down popular hiking paths, jeopardizing pedestrians so that they can get their own private adrenaline fix at the expense of everyone else.

do i dislike ALL roadies and all mountain bikers? heck no. most of 'em are genuinely good people. if i DID dislike 'em all, i'd be a narrowminded fool.

I find it ironic that people sometimes call cyclists eco-nazis when it is the automobile drivers that are trying to gas us all to death.

By the way, that term is wholly uncalled for, just like it was last summer when some a$$hole columnist used it.

I agree with you bandit. I have seen and are critical of mobs of roadies, who ride 3-4 abreast on narrow roads. I have seen that and don't think it right.. I sometimes might ride double, if the road is not well traveled. I pay attention behind me with my mirror , and get out of the way,if I know a car is coming..
On ocassion, I did not see them coming, I feel guilty and know I should not do that. Chalk it up to enthusism, when you meet a new cyclist and share your riding experiences.. I would not do that in heavily traveled areas..
But as a roadie and motorist. I say the behavior of cyclists is far cleaner than that of the average motorists.. Probably reason why- driving a car has gotten so frustrating with heavy traffic and the inablilty of roads to carry traffic volume, -every one is so mad. All we want to do is get home and can't.....The commute to work in the am when traffic is light and compared to the pm, when it is heavy, is almost twice as much time..
