What is the Very Long Commute Club?

How do i join? Is it for those that have a certain distance they commute to or from home? Is it for those that rack up so many miles commuting in a year? What is it?

A very friendly bunch of people who love to commute and share stories and equipment
information. Although some posters put in torturous mileage, If your commute is long to you , no matter what your miles, you are a candidate !
There are no prerequisites to 'join'(?) except to be respectful to fellow posters.
A & S this is not !!
Although I dont contribute too much anymore, always a favorite forum !

Yes, and the VLC will soon morph into it's fall/winter form, the XLC. The Xtreme Long Commuters. For those who still do their long-to-them commutes in terrential downpours and sub freezing weather. Are you ready?
