Commuter Jersey

About a year ago in this forum there was some talk of creating a jersey with lettering on the back that said "COMMUTER" or some such. I've searched and can't locate the thread in question.

Does anyone remember this and happen to know if these jerseys ever got off the ground?

Thanks!

wife gave me t-shirts last anniversery, one stating "one less car". i got another possitive comment today on extended return home "tour"/commute.
i like the idea of "Commuter" one word t-shirt to plant a message!!
thanks!

Not a bike jersey but a super bright t-shirt.

I think it should say this on the back

RESPECT

Front

COMMUTER

or you could get a t-shirt that says

POLICE

I think that might keep people away

i dont think anyone would read or be able to read most things that are printed on a tshirt or jersey. stick to bright colors; floresent yellow or green.

also, its illegal to impersonate a police officer.

Cyclocommute has a jersey that says something to the effect of

I support my local
POLICE
Department

in standard police colors. Somehow I doubt that is illegal.
I would love to have that jersey. I believe he said it is very effective.

Wearing a shirt with a logo of a police agency does not constitute impersonating that agency or job role...

If I wore a shirt that said Architect, would you hire me to build you a bridge ? LOL

If I wore a shirt that said " Astronaut " would you belive that I am one just from what it says on the shirt ? LOL

What if I wore one that said " The President " .... ???

I would not wear a shirt that said " commuter " on it because I would fear that people might mis-read it for " communist " ... and I don't like communists lol

Eggplant Jeff did the ordering from Alertshirt for those HHCMF shirts. I believe there was an account setup fee and a minimum bulk order so a bunch of us placed orders w/ him to fulfill the min. bulk order qty. Haven't seen eggy in a while though you could try PM'ing him for details on how to order.

Didn't some state somewhere a while back want to ban those FBI shirts, as they were identical to the actual FBI shirts?

Or you could wear this:
