Christmas cheer with my LBS

A year or so ago, on a thread about how much some of us like our LBS, someone suggested rewarding them with a Christmas gift, and I thought that was a nice idea. So today I took them in a bottle of Red Bicyclette wine (warning: sound on page), while also dropping off a bike for some work. In return, they gave me a copy of their year-end holiday card, with a complimentary Sigma Sport Micro Light, and we had a very nice chat.

In return for their excellent service, helpfulness, and friendliness, last week I took the guys at my favorite bike shop a LARGE Mellow Mushroom pizza. They love pizza and Mellow Mushroom makes the best pizza in Atlanta. (They said no beer because they were working on customer's bikes and didn't want to screw up anything.)

Thanks Mike, Rob, David, and Rita (not a guy ).

The two I frequent got a bottle of Cognac and bottle of Irish Whiskey. Funnily enough over the last year I've been treated to deer sandwiches at one and coffee regularly at the other. And of course excellent service, one even open extra early and stays open late so I can pick up or drop off my bike. Great shops with a great vibe.
