Here me roar! I feel like a hibernating bear...well thats exactly what I did I hibernated. I did not bike commute most of the winter. I took this winter off to focus on my studies taking carpool or my own car. I really did not want to fiddle with bike commuting during winter. I just wanted to focus on getting a nice A+ on my transcript which I did. Today was my first bike commute in sense November I was still able to keep pace, although when I got to work I was sucking air big time!

I think it was more of a mental hibernation then anything else. My brain was already jammed full of organic chemistry and work. It seems like a oxymora but you do not know how good it is to get up in the morning and just drive in instead of fighting the idiot cagers getting up really early then having to take two showers. I think I am ready to get back to that routine again.
