So, I'm guessing you'd need one serious battery, but oh how much fun it would be!!!!

Problem is that thing does not look portable enough for one man mounting while riding. I'd love to get one of those for when I'm riding. Deathray some of those suburb cars. Add a rifle scope and aim for the rear mirror of the offending car.

Not so much a commuting related anecdote, WW2, IJN Kirishima illuminated USS South Dakota with searchlights and was decimated by USS Washington.

The goats that faint are being shined. The goats that are not being shined have a target, you!

There is such a thing as too much of a good thing.

Don't put that thing in the path of any aircraft flying overhead. You'll have the FBI on your doorstep in no time.

I think they're bred exclusively here in TN. At any rate I've had the pleasure of seeing lots of fainting goats in my travels around the state and it's really hilarious when it works. Sometimes it's surprisingly difficult to pull off though

Yeah, but you could just blind them and run away.

The thing is that the Strobing can actually induce seizures in people which is what makes it so evil. 7.5M CP isn't really all that much. It's the spastic strobing that will probably mess up your world.

I think my Bushnell Luxeon flashlight I use on my helmet has the seizure strobe setting, it strobes at an annoyingly high rate. Yes, I do love those goats getting "stunned" by the umbrella.
