Looking for yellow, waterproof, breathable, XXL shell

I'm looking for a yellow waterproof (or close) breathable shell that comes in XXL or XL-Tall, that has pit zips and a big adjustable hood.

Preferably under $100.

Thanks

Hoods have a tendency to block your side vision while riding.

The shell I use now, an EMS, actually as a pretty good hood for visibility. But it doesn't come in yellow. I do most of my riding in the country, so side vision isn't that important.

Any other suggestions? The folks at the link given above won't make it with a hood.

Thanks
I purchased my jacket from Land's End clothing for about $70. It's made for nautical dudes but it has a slightly longer tail, hood that rolls up ino the collar, pit zips, nice soft yellow color (also available in other colors) front zipper, velcro tabs and fabric to cover the zipper, velcro sleeves and in XXL and maybe even XXXL sizes plus talls. Sometimes when we look outside of cycling specific clothing we can be surprised at what is useable for cycling. I'm happy with my jacket.

I think they have a web site.

One of the best jackets I have found is not cycling specific.. It is a Patagonia Rain Shadow Jacket.. Meets all your requirements, a little over your budget.. It can compress down enough to fit in a jersey pocket and has provided good rain protection..

IllumiNite Xenon - ventilated, very visible due to color and technology, removable/adjustable hood, pit zips, back vent, three pockets, longer tail.
Not VERY breathable, but in cold enough weather it works great.

edit: Doh, forgot the most important thing - waterproof, or very close to that. I've been caught by Noahide floods, and stayed dry.

I use the Marmot Precip. It has a hood but can be rolled back out of the way. The jacket is waterproof, breatable, light, has pit zips, chest zips, and a napolean pocket. Also, they have a large selection of colors. You should be able to find this jacket on sale somewhere for well under $100. I got mine on sale once for around $60. I also have the pants. Both work great.

I wear a Viking Tempest II shell while riding. LINK. It is completely waterproof, with sealed seams and waterproof zippers. There are pit zips, as well as zippers on the chest for ventilation. Pockets on the front, if you need 'em. And yes, there's a detachable hood. Mine is red, but it also comes in blue, black, orange and yellow, in sizes up to 4XL.

Along with a T-shirt and sweatshirt, this jacket is all I wore (along with helmet, gloves, jeans) when the thermometer dipped to -18C. Toasty warm!

I have ridden all winter with a Showers Pass Club jacket. Paid $70 for it and I have been very impressed with the jacket. We get alot of rain here in Oregon so a shell that can handle the rain is critical if you are going to ride for the winter; this jacket has done me well so far.
