Have here Trek 4300

And like to have tires like Sportster/SUB . But would it be better for me to sell TRek and buy Sportster or SUB ??

Well maybe he just has to have the 29" / 700c size for some reason.

Just buy similar semi-slicks (or better yet actual slicks) and mount them on the current bike.
