Pannier the converts to Backpack

I am thinking of getting the Delta Waterproof Pannier that converts into a backpack. I already have a Delta rack. Anyone have experience with this?

Reviving a really old post, but I'm also interested in this product. Anyone have any experience with this?

I ended up buying one. It does not have much interior room and the plastic clip broke easily. But the company replaced it without any problem. Other than the plastic clips, it is a good bag and very good at keeping water out. I never got the backpack attachment for it though.

There is nothing better than the Arkel Bug. It's very well made and designed, has a no BS lifetime warranty, and all in all is a super product backed by the best customer service in the industry.

Wow. That looks great. A little spendy, but given that it's exactly what I'm looking for, with a warranty, I might just have to get that.

They stand by their warranty too. It's well worth the money for a well designed, well made product that will last you many years.

If it's like their other panniers, you won't need the warranty. Things seem to be bombproof. I put mine through ell and they still look new, minus the dust

I have the unique ability to destroy almost anything, including Arkel panniers. I can attest to the fact that they stand by their product. I crashed last week and strangely only blew out the seams on my Bug. The fabric was not harmed in any way.

I called Arkel and explained that a crash was the cause of the blow out, and sent them some photos. They still covered it, even though it was crash related. Amazing!
