Earth Day

This Saturday my commuter bike and I will be at the local Earth Day celebration representing bicycle commuters to the kind folks of Little Rock. Anyone else doing something for Earth Day?

I rode in yesterday to work and was greeted by a crew of 3, plus two other cyclists, in an Earth Day celebration. They had taken over half a parking lot. It was nice--they had tea, juice, bananas and some other health food there. I talked with a couple of other cyclists, but not any hardcore ones.

I'm going up to Chicago for the big Green Festival - very excited about that!
I make clothing and sell it online, so last night I made the first shirt in my new ecoLogical series. It looks a bit like a cute cycling shirt (shameless self-promoting, heh) but it's made of totally recycled materials...
