Seattle Sports seems to have a good reputation in the dry bag area for kayaking. The panniers mount they use look to be high quality with a locking mechanism up top similar to what Lone Peak uses. At the bottom they have hook similar to what Ortleib used with the QL1 system. I came very close to buying them but went with the Arkel Samarui instead.
