Question about clipless pedals.........
I think that I am finaly gonna go clipless! Actually I have the petals and shoes picked out allready from nashbar.
But I have a question, do the shoes or pedals usually come with the cleats, or do I have to buy them seperate? I am asking not because I saw cleats for sale at my LBS today for $24 and they are only $10 at nashbar so I would rather order them now and save the $15.

I don't believe they're included, for both my shoe/pedal purchases the cleats came seperately but the shops threw them in for free for me. Otherwise I would've had to pay for them. Unless the pedals say they include the cleats I would say that they don't and you need to buy them.

I've never bought a pair of pedals that didn't come with cleats. The SPD knockoffs I bought from Nashbar a while back for my MTB came with knockoff SPD cleats, which I tossed in the spares box since the Shimano cleats on my commuting shoes fit the pedals.
I've never bought a pair of shoes that came with cleats. There are several pedal styles out there, so if the shoe manufacturers wanted to include cleats they'd have to put in several pair for SPD, Eggbeater, Speedplay, Look, several styles of Time, etc.
Make sure the shoes you've picked have the right hole pattern to work with the cleats required by your pedals. If you're buying MTB shoes they'll usually come drilled for SPDs, but road shoes can have a variety of different patterns. Some road shoes, particularly from companies who don't manufacture their own pedals, will have hole patterns for several popular styles of cleat.

You'll find that more often the not your pedals will come with a set of cleats. Shoes won't I would imagine due to not all cleats fit all pedals.

At our shop the cleats are packaged with the pedals.

All pedals I've ever bought came with cleats. No shoes I've bought did.
This makes sense because you can't use a pedal without the right cleat. On the other hand, you can use many kinds of shoes with any type of cleat even if you can't use every shoe with every cleat. Shoe manufacturers have no way of knowing what kind of pedals you have.

The cleats come with the pedals, normally.
Be prepared to crash. Everybody that goes clipless does at first.

It's after you've become somewhat over confident in your newly acquired clipless ability that the crash occurs.
