Hey guys and gals, I've been commuting my 22 mile round trip for a Month and a half now and I am loving it. I had a question about what everyone eats before they commute and how fast after eating do they get on the road? I have been eating a bowl of Fiber One in the morning and then hopping on the bike 20 minutes later, but I find myself getting a little nauseous about 5 miles in. If I wait an hour, I have no problem. I rather not get the nausea, but I don't like to dwadle in the morning, so any suggestions?
