kudos to topeak

My mountain morph pump blew up its frame mount when my shorts caught the pump and twisted the plastic sheer off its mount. I e-mailed topeak's support from their website and they responded saying the replacement parts have been sent out. Sweet!

They've been equally accommodating with me. I blew out a fender mount on my Defender FX (my fault) and they hooked me up no problem. I even offered to pay for it. Nope sent for free.

That's good news in a day where "customer service" seems almost nonexistant. I estimate that - and this is not a lie - 80% of the time when I email a company, I don't get a response at all.

+1 - Same experience with my road morph mounting clip. It broke. I e-mailed. Topeak's response was the replacement had already been sent free of charge.

Topeak - they rock
