Moved to Illinois, commuting differences

Well, I just moved to Champaign, IL for school, and already I love the commute. The new route is 4 miles each way, but almost completely flat. For a good chunk of it close to campus there is a separate bike road. Also, people here give a lot more space to me on the bike. In Texas, I was accustomed to maybe a foot or two of clearance, but here ppl go out of their way to make room for me. I love the commute, and I just wanted to share that.

-Peace

I went to school at UIUC and really enjoyed cycling all around campus and the surrounding farm country. Have fun, and draft off a campus bus for me when you get a chance.

Done and Done! Though it is rainy today, and I wasn't brave enough to catch a draft today. UIUC is a great school, and I am very happy to be here!

I haven't explored much outside the cities yet, but I plan on some pretty long rides later before it starts to get cold.
