Commuting pannier
Has anyone ever used or owned the Nashbar Commuter Garment Pannier?
I'm in search of a bag that will hold my military uniforms for my commute.
Or if you know of another garment bag that would work.
I dont really like buying things with out some opinions.

I have an old Performance bag of essentially the same design. Since the bag is only 39" long you will have to fold or roll up the bottoms of your pants to fit in and probably fold the waist back too. Shirts, towells are ok. If you can live with that, they are ok.
Contrary to what many commuters say there is really no way to carry a "dress" suit and keep it perfectly crisp. But for someone like me that wears slacks and a polo shirt they work great. Note that I ALWAYS have an extra outfit and shoes at work just in cast.

I used the Eagle Creek Folders and they did a great job of keeping my dress shirts and slacks pretty crisp. Never had to worry about a jacket though... The folders can be carried in a basket, backpack or pannier.

I don't know whether you are hauling your fatigues or your full-on "court martial" uniform (aka dress blues/whites/greens), but I bought this in the luggage department at Macy's and it's ubercool for carrying stuff that's folded. They may even have it at the BX/PX/NEX.
