Anyone ridden/seen the Giant Tran Sport?

Saw this online:

or

Just curious if anyone has test ridden one or seen any around. Went to my LBS Giant dealer a few days ago but didn't see any like these. They are showing up listed as $600-800. Mostly curious is all.

Bleh. Knock-offs of my Novara Safari. The front rack and lights on the higher model are nice, but the alloy forks and lower-level components don't do it for me. And that front mud guard is useless for keeping goo out of your chainrings and off your feet. The rear rack looks a little short, too.
