AirZound I, II, & III... what's the difference?

Does anybody know, specifically, what the difference is between the different versions of the AirZound?

Can you tell them apart just by looking at them?

Going by online stores' photos, there are gray ones, silvery gray ones, and maybe black/darker gray models, but I've seen no difference in the labels or logos.

I don't know if mine is a I, II or III! All I know is that it works. FWIW the colors are dark gray horn, orange button and sticker, black cap.

Different model years (I think), same ear-piercing volume.
