I won

My favorite LBS was giving a bike away. I stopped in almost every day and put my name in the box (Only one per day). I picked up my new bike yesterday. Spent some time fiddling with adjustments and swapping the 18t freewheel for a 17t tonight. Riding it to work tomorrow if it doesn't rain. If it rains, I'll need to take a bike with fenders. They were giving away a Specialized Allez. They offered me credit on any other bike in the shop. I wanted something with wider tires that could take a rack and/or fenders. I got a Specialized Tricross SS which was the same price. It's like Christmas morning.

I was at a charity wine tasting on Saturday, and I won some wine! Unfortunately, I was pretty hammered and left it behind.

Congratulations on the win! I was seriously considering that exact bike for my SS commuter...
