The Urban Rider's Glossary - Ballerina Barge
Ballerina Barge - a 98-pound woman controlling a 2-ton truck, or SUV.
It's a little overoptimistic to think she is safe surrounded by all that sheet metal and enclosed air. But it does give a petite person an opportunity, in traffic, to look down on everyone else.
Of concern to the Urban Rider: small people in super-sized vehicles often cannot see all the way out to the borders of their machinery ... and have been known to "nudge" nearby objects (and bicycle riders) unintentionally.

2-ton? Have you checked the weights of those things lately?
Much closer to 3 tons than 2.
Hmm, I'll have to try and come up with a couple.
How about Wrong-Way Jose - someone seen riding down the wrong side of the street, against traffic.
I see this guy daily.

You could start a collection of terms, and when it's big enough, host it somewhere on the internet. Or, if you had the energy I don't have, you could set up a place where people could contribute, then you and a couple others could judge submissions for inclusion, pick the best from similar entries, and so on.
You already have the above two, plus "right hook" that I see many times here. "Doored" comes to mind. I bet bike messengers have quite the specialized vocabulary.
Or, if you had the energy I don't have, you could assemble this collection (with proper waivers of ownership rights and so on) and then publish them in a little book, like those little things you see at the checkout line in the big bookstores--the bookstore equivalent of the grocery store impulse purchase (in the grocery store it's mints and gum, in the bookstore it's little books, in the computer store it's USB sticks).
Usually when I have one of these brilliant ideas, I find out within six months that someone else had it years before and acted on it, so you might be too late.

www.wikispaces.com would be a good place to make a bike terminology wiki.

Or just place these in https://www.urbandictionary.com/.
Ballerina Barge and Wrong-Way Jose are both very applicable in LA.
