Post pics of your internally geared bikes!

I thought it would be good if there was a thread dedicated to people's internally geared bikes. Please share pics and info of yours!

Heres mine:
Surly 1x1 with Nexus 8 speed hub and Alfine rapid fire shifter.

Here is my tank. It is a 56 Schwinn Wasp that I put a 7 speed nexus with ligther weight wheels. It is overkill for New Orleans which is flat but with bad roads. I have changed out the lock to U-bolt since this photo.

Kettler Silverstar, modified with hub generator. Ridden every day, sometimes with a trailer or Trail-A-Bike to transport groceries or child. Drum brakes fore and aft, Nexus-7, B&M LED standlight replaces original taillight.

Well, it hasn't served any time as a commuter yet, at least not for me, and I've only ridden a few feet since I picked it up yesterday, but hopefully it'll be running smoothly by next weekend, and might make my short commute some days if I have reason to leave my regular commuter behind:

It's Sears Tote Cycle with a Sturmey-Archer 3 speed hub (1972). Not exactly a folder, but the frame splits and, using a couple of extra attachments, the two halves reattach side-by-side. Should be ridable with new tubes and some oil in the hub. And hopefully it'll clean up nice when I try and get the rust off and polish up the chrome.

Here's the hub:

By next weekend I should have my dyno wheel and Marathon pluses from Peter White installed and I'll update the pic. In the near future I'm going to add a front disc brake and probably a front basket/rack. I'm going to try the Albatross bar soon, but I'm not sure it will stay on this bike

I love the raleighs... I always wanted an upright classic like one of those.

Nice. The surly 1x1 makes a nice frame for the nexus hub.

I plan on doing the same minor upgrades in the near future as well. Albatross bar, a front disc brake, and some kind of a front or possibly rear rack/basket setup.

I was thinking something like a cetmarack might be a cool option: http://www.cetmaracks.com/

I do too, unfortunately I didn't appreciate them when I could have had them for close to nothing:o FWIW the Superbe came out of the Boston area via a BF member:D My dad had an early 60's Sports that he rode for years. And my brother had a Popular Special that we made into a club racer. Not sure what happened to those two. The other two that I am building up are a Clubman with a 4 speed FG hub on a Dawes Galaxy frame set. The other is still in the planning stages, but I am looking at using a new SA 8 speed with drum brakes on a tall Moby frame that I have, kind of a Gentlemen's City bike. The older I get the more I appreciate the IGH over a dérailleur system.:p

Don't mind the dork. He frightens easily and if you even act like you are going for the garden hose, he runs out of the yard.

I may be stripping the frame in the near future though.

I loves me my 3 speeds and for some of the best three speed porn on earth is in the C&V forum under the title "Bring Back the English 3 Speed".

What covering are you using on the Hubbub shifter, did you cover it with something?
Looks nice.

scrap of leather left over from covering the bars. The nexus shifter looks very wal-mart-plastic-ey without it. Two sided poster tape then I just cut a piece of leather to fit, wrapped it, and laced it. Has stayed on fine for about 7 months so far. The Leather bar covering is from velo orange.
