Where find 1 inch quill stem with extension? (150mm or more)

I'm trying to find a 1" quill stem for my bike that extends at least 150mm so that I can have a little more room on the bike (it's just a tad too small). Does anyone know where I can find this online?

Try a google shopping search for Nitto Technomic. They come in a variety of sizes in huge lengths.
