Help me buy my first commuter bike?
Hi! I am looking to buy my first bike as an adult.
ABOUT ME
Female 24-year-old grad student. Moving to a downtown campus and will be riding 2 - 4 miles a day for a light commute from my house to campus, downtown, etc. Will occasionally be transporting books/laptop. I'm a fit and 5'7" tall.
ABOUT MY BIKE
Since it's my first real bike, I want something comfortable and inexpensive. Definitely willing to consider used bikes in the Minneapolis area. Here's a bike I am considering buying: https://minneapolis.craigslist.org/bik/642468203.html
What features should I be looking for in a bike? What frame size do I need for my height? Any advice will be very appreciated. Thanks so much!

That bike looks just about right. Throw some fenders and a rack on it and it will be perfect for what you plan on using it for. Good luck to you.
