That thought did cross my mind yesterday. I had some things I needed to take care of up north, and due to unforeseen events I was going back in rush hour traffic. It took me nearly three hours to drive 51 miles. 
On a bike it would have taken me two and a half hour max. I have no idea how people do this **** every single day. I was going slowly insane. On a bright side it re-affirmed my decision to live near my school, then work, and now school again.
