I'm the three headed monster at work :)
When I got laid off last December and was looking for a new job in January, I wanted a job I would bicycle to. Which is exactly what I got. I was thinking of a 10 mile round trip however that turned out to be an 18 mile commute round trip which I enjoy.
Between biking and walking on the job daily I get about four hours of exercise a day and I feel good doing it. I know if I hadn't changed I'd be pushing 300 lbs by this year's end, instead, I've lost 17 lbs since early February and will continue to go down because of this (I tell my wife since I'm biking she'll be seeing less of me).
My coworkers have seen my potbelly going down since February yet when it comes to biking to work and exercise I'm still the three headed monster **sigh** oh well. To each their own. I'm glad I made this lifestyle change for myself.

Cute. Honey I'm sorry I had to be the one to break the news to you, but you will be seeing less and less of me as the months go by and my bike and I become closer. Yes we are taking a trip. Yes I did buy my bike a new bag.
