700c Fenders on 27" Wheels

They work but have pretty tight clearance. SKS are tighter than PB. Think of it as a chirping alarm for out of true rim or tire bulge problems you might not otherwise notice.

The PB fenders are pretty flexible... you should have no trouble at all with clearance on 27" tires. (Not to mention that the difference between 700c and 27" is smaller than the difference between 25 mm and 28mm tires on a 700c rim!)
