Ortlieb Back Rollers -got'em, now what?

I'm sorry if this is stupid question but

How on earth do you close these panniers?

I know it is obvious for some but I still can't figure it out!

I tuck the sides of mine in before I roll, but yeah, that's about it. If I just roll the top folded flat, the sides poke out a bit and I can get heel strike if I try on my short chainstay CX bike.
