Forensic engineering firm seeks bicyclist for assignments investigating how specific bicycle “accidents” occurred and determining underlying causes. Candidate should have professional credentials as a bicyclist, as well as being a bike rider. Experience as a bicycle mechanic or bicycle (or component) designer, and professional registration as an engineer would all be a plus. Typical assignments involve reconstructing and evaluating a bicyclist’s actions or determining why a particular component failed.
