You misunderstand why the reply was made. It has nothing to do with someone having a different viewpoint. It has all to do with someone telling others what they should and shouldn't do based on their own false perceptions.

As i said, if music makes you unsafe, stay away from headphones. What happens when these people pass a building or car with music playing, do they suddenly crash ?
