    swapped my hybrid tires

I'm tweaking 3 bikes so I can switch off. On the hyrbrid I just swapped the tires. These are harder smoother and have reflective sidewalls. I got a good look at my brake pads and boy did they have embedded metal chips and pretty bad scoring, so I replaced them. I cleaned and adjusted the brakes and brake cables. Amazing how simple maintenance can improve performance. Especially just cleaning the moving parts.

    Good Job.

It snowed today, so I spent an hour moving a rack & pannier from my Cyclocross bike to my Hybred.

I enjoy making these improvements too.
