Dynamic Synergy IGH road bike
For those who have been eagarly awaiting this like me....the Dynamic Synergy IGH road bike is offered for sale (to ship in May). It also looks like they are going to offer a "commuter/touring" version. See link below...

As a side note, the Sussex (maker of the Versa Nexus/Alfine brifter) website says "Sussex today announced the immediate availability of its new Versa component set." Don't know where to get it though....

This is the same company that sells shaft-drive bikes that you may have read about on BF.

Look at the asking price of this bike. I think it is way overpriced.
Here is a link to the product webpage. Dynamic is asking $1,400 for a bicycle whose only unique feature is, essentially, drop bars. Everything else on this bike, except the brifter, can be found on a ready-made production bicycle for five hundred dollars less from an established bike company.
What I mean is that for $900, a consumer can purchase an existing model flat-bar road bike with arguably better componentry (such as disk brakes). I personally do not value flat bars and a internal-gear hub brifter as worth $500. Especially with an ordinary chain-drive.
