Taste of spring and the toys are out

We had a first taste of spring and I saw more bicycles in the last two days than in the entire last 4 months of winter! Of course all riding either in the gutter, or on the sidewalk. I miss the winter days because when cars see you they know you mean business. I always take the lane and hardly ever get any aggression more than the quick honk. Now with spring approaching I'll get stereotyped as another toy that shouldn't be on the road!

I feel you Duke of Hazard. Unfortunately I already had a run in and started a thread "Change in weather, stupid hoodlums, and preoccupied police." It's good to be riding more again, and bad encounters aren't going to stop me from my ride.
