Stella!

I think someone slipped a 1 in front of the 3 for today's date.

Came out this morning, plugged my Stella into the battery....I don't even turn the light on and it comes on for a few seconds, then goes out...repeats every minute or so. Can't turn it on, can't turn it off.

No worries, I grab my old Vega off the shelf....yep, seems to have a decent charge, at least for the 15-20 minutes I'll need it, right? Wrong...it got me about 3/4 of the way to work, then reverted to blink mode.

On the bright side...LBS is giving me a Stella 200 head to replace the 180 that went south.

That's a funny name for a light. How do you like it? (on most days)

The combination of output and run time was perfect when I was commuting 15-25 miles each way...I didn't have to recharge the battery at work for the ride home and it was bright enough to both see and be seen.

The run time is kind of overkill for my new little 4 mile commute, but still nice on night rides.

I have 2 Vegas that are two years older than the Stella and still running fine...so from a longevity standpoint I'd have to give it a fail.
