I didn't pedal to work all this week. I've been just beat every day. Wanted to sleep alot. Might have to do with recently breaking up and a big internet drama on another posting board. I've just been so tired. Yet I know that riding is the way to feel better.

Well, if the weather's fine, how about taking a nice ride? Maybe make it to the coffee shop. You'll feel better.

I feel your pain, recumb. Had the last few days off work, beautiful weather. Really did plan on riding and didn't.

I suck.

I think... make that, I will ride today. I'll just keep telling myself, don't be a loser like recumbelectric!

Now, log off and hit the road!!!!

I've actually started keeping track of the days I ride. The distance doesn't matter; it's the act itself. Since I started tracking it, I've begun to ride more.

I find that the fact I have no other way of getting to uni / work without incurring a lot of cost (public transport isn't cheap here!) is a good way of getting my to cycle even when I don't feel like it. The feeling goes a little while into the commute anyway.

I didn't end up riding until Saturday. I think I just needed the break. I'm psyched up to commute again this week.
