i've never tried out that certain bag...but, i can speak about the general quality of dakine bags. i have about ten or so of their bags. i love their stuff. great functionality, design and craftsmanship. i've also ordered a couple times from evogear and their prices are awesome, especially their outlet stuff.

+1 to Dakine in general, though I have no experience with the Dispatch model. I've got the Campus-Lg model. It's my favorite, though for now it's second in the stable at the moment, having to use the Banjo Brothers Lg backpack while dodging storms.
I gave my Ful to the high schooler, the Ogio sits in the corner unused, and the Knog sling is great for runs to Blockbuster, but is not practical for school.
