Nurse Jackie (episode one)
Edie Falcone (Sopranos) A veteran nurse tells the new doc the broken leg
of the bike messenger will cause a hematoma to form on his brain.
New doc ignores her. The messenger dies.
The decent plot causes her to deal with the family and pregnant girlfriend.
End of the day at an intersection she tells a stopped bike messenger
Be safe, gets a FU retort, he turns to fiddle with his bag.
In one motion, she whips a scalpel out of her purse,punctures his front
tire, back into her purse and he rides off.
Reminds me of Dexter as both series are on showtime.

I believe he was focused on jumping into NYC traffic.
